How long have you been practicing law?
39 years. I've practiced law since 1985, and have run my own law office since 1990. I am licensed to practice law in Connecticut and New York.
Where were you educated?
I received my Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in 1984. Before that, I attended Trinity College where I received a BA in Political Science in 1980.
What areas of law interest you most?
I am interested in the real problems of my clients. My practice is asset centered. I have come to view every problem as an estate planning problem whether the client is buying a home or executing a tax free exchange on commercial property or considering bringing a lawsuit.
What cases do you refer?
I refer select matters that require expert Trial counsel including medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury and commercial litigation. I have access to the best Trial lawyers who go to Court for a living and enjoy it. With the client's permission, I stay involved in the case.
What are your office hours?
Generally 9:00AM to 3:30PM. However, I am happy to make special arrangements if needed.
What two words best describe you?
Fiercely independent.
